Troubleshooting: Compatibility Issue between i-PRO Active Guard and Genetec Security Center 5.13.1 - The extension software AI People Detection and AI Vehicle Detection need to be updated to version 1.21 or later
- Update X-series AI cameras to version 3.01 or later (Download page) to use with this software.
