1. Attention

Precautions For All Models

Follow the instructions below for repainting products.

  • Apply a primer before repainting to improve paint adhesion.
  • Use spray paint for repainting.
  • As cameras contain precision parts, do not use baked enamel finishes or dip coatings for repainting.
  • Do not disassemble the product or hang the product grabbing the cable when repainting, as they may result in device failure, breakage of the cable, etc.
  • Air dry the product after repainting.  Do not apply heat using an equipment such as a dryer as it may result in the failure of the precision parts in the product.  
  • Mask the blue highlighted areas illustrated below before repainting. 
  • When repainting a model with ClearSight coating, the dome cover must be masked with its original protective sheet left attached to protect the coating.
