i-PRO Americas Inc. (“i-PRO”) will, at its sole option, repair or exchange this product with a new or a comparable refurbished product, free of charge, in the USA, Canada, Latin America from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship, as follows:

Limited Product Warranty:

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. If you ship the product, carefully pack it and send it prepaid, adequately insured and preferably in its original carton. Attach a postage paid letter, detailing your complaint, to the outside of the carton.

This warranty covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by products not supplied by i-PRO or failures which result from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, faulty installation, maladjustment of user controls, improper maintenance, modification or service by anyone other than an i-PRO, or damage that is attributable to acts of God.

Limitations and Exclusions:

There are no express warranties except as listed above.

I-PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

If a problem with your equipment develops during the warranty period, first contact your i-PRO dealer. If the problem is not handled to your satisfaction, then write to below service.

Customer Third-Party Returns Policy:

Server Hardware

  1. BCD Video
    R Series/Active Guard/UDE Servers & Workstations BCDVideo accepts returns within 30 days of purchase if the items are in their original condition and packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

    Return conditions:

    • Items must be in new condition.
    • Items must be in their original box.
    • Items must include all packing materials, manuals, and all accessories.
    • The customer is responsible for any damage to the returned product during return shipping.

    Special order items are non-returnable.

  2. Lenovo
    Lenovo accepts returns within 30 days of purchase if the items are in their original condition and packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

  3. NowMicro
    RN Series / TN Series/ Special Orders - Return products for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, for any reason.

  4. NEXCOM
    MR Series - No Returns policy.

VideoInsight

  1. Wasabi Cloud Storage
    We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases.

    However, our products/services come with a one-year commitment, ensuring continued access and support for the duration of the term. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  2. Triton
    We do not accept returns for any devices once they have been shipped.

    However, if a device experiences an issue covered under warranty, we will work with you to troubleshoot the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement unit will be provided in accordance with our warranty policy.

  3. Vaxtor
    Vaxtor provides software-only solutions and does not ship physical goods. As a result, traditional return policies do not apply. However, we offer the following clarifications in alignment with our licensing terms:

    1. Dealer Returns – Vaxtor’s software licenses are issued under our End User License Agreement (EULA), which does not allow for returns once a license has been delivered and activated. Dealers are responsible for ensuring that their customers review and accept the licensing terms prior to purchase.

    2. End-User Returns – End users are bound by the Vaxtor EULA, which explicitly states that software licenses are non-refundable and non-returnable once issued. Any concerns regarding software functionality should be addressed through our standard support and maintenance services, as specified in our agreements.

Access Control

  1. Access Hardware Supplies

    • Restock fees may apply.
    • Return requests must be made within 90 days of the purchase date. Requests older than 90 days are subject to a 30%+ restock fee.
    • Stock items are subject to a 20% restock fee.
    • Special order items are only returnable at the discretion of the factory and factory restock fees will be applied to any credit issued.
    • Custom-made items are not returnable.
    • Most factories will not accept returns after 6 months.
    • Items being returned to the factory as defective are subject to inspection and will only be credited if the factory deems the product defective.
    • Products that have been installed or modified in any way are not returnable.
    • Return products manufactured by any of the following are processed at the factory’s discretion to repair and return with no credit issued: AIPHONE, Altronix, CAT, ACSI, SEDCO & SDC.
    • Return shipping labels are provided for AHS errors upon request.
    • When returning the product, please be sure to:
    • Pack the product securely ensuring there are no loose parts or exposed pieces in the original manufacturers’ box free of any writing or markings.
    • List your company name and address along with the RMA# on the return shipping label. Only ship the items listed on the authorization form.
    • Product must be unused and in original packaging for credit unless of course it is being returned as defective.
  2. Allegion
    Return Policy: Unless approved by Allegion in writing, products delivered correctly may not be returned. If a return is authorized, Allegion will issue a return material authorization (“RMA”). Approved products must be returned within 90 days of issuance of the RMA. For non-warranty related returns, Allegion may apply a 45% restocking fee.

  3. Assa Abloy
    Assa Abloy electronic locks are made-to-order and do not accept returns. Assa Abloy advises using their sales team to recommend proper part numbers.

  4. LifeSafety Power
    All product returns or replacements must adhere to LifeSafety Power's Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Before returning any product, an RMA/CCF number must be obtained from LifeSafety Power (LSP) after troubleshooting has been performed in accordance with the LSP Technical Support department. For factory pre-configured systems, LSP reserves the right to provide component(s) of the system in lieu of the entire unit.

    Items returned are subject to restocking fees.

  5. Altronix
    Altronix’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repairing or replacing of any of our products, provided said products are used within the specified ratings and applied in accordance with good engineering practice, and provided said products are proved by our examination to be defective.
