-The "Alarm Input" is detected when the terminal status is changed to "On"(Make). (Default)
-It is possible to configure the setting so that an alarm is detected when the terminal status is changed to "Off"(Open).

 Note:
-*In the judgment of the short circuit detection from the opening detection, and the open detection from the short circuit detection, the minimum required detection time is 100ms at the shortest.
-*Since there are 5 seconds not to detect once it detects, it is the shortest 5 seconds until following detection enters.
-*In the judgment of "from ON to OFF" and "from OFF to ON" to I/O terminal required is 120ms in the shortest respectively.
-*For this reason in order to detect continuation, the shortest also needs to open the interval of 240ms or more.
-*Select "Alarm input" for "Terminal alarm 1/2/3" on the [Alarm] tab.
