In version 3.50, the firmware’s OS and OSS components have been updated. Therefore, for cameras listed in the "Models that require a two-step firmware upgrade to V3.50 or later" lists, upgrading to version 3.50 requires a two-step process using intermediate firmware, as shown in "2. Upgrade Process and Required Files by Version".

 

1. Web Browser Procedures:

1-1. Check the current camera firmware version on [Upgrade] window in [Maintenance].

1-2. Check the "2. Upgrade Process and Required Files by Version" table to confirm the necessary steps and files based on your camera's current version.

1-3. To download version 3.50, please visit the firmware download page for each product.

1-4. For intermediate versions, please refer to the "Required Files" column in the "2. Upgrade Process and Required Files by Version" table, then follow the link to the appropriate download page to get the firmware for your model. (xxxx_8249ES or xxxx_8250ES)

1-5. Please follow the steps in the flowchart to upgrade the firmware in the correct order.

Important notes:

• The required intermediate firmware differs depending on whether you are upgrading from version V2.48 or earlier, or from V2.50 or later.
• Upgrading from any version earlier than V3.50 to a newer version requires updating to V3.50 first.
