The error message “Multiple access limit reached” appears on the camera, even though the access limit has not been reached. How can I fix this?

When the error message “Multiple access limit reached” is displayed, there are two possible causes:
1. The number of simultaneous user connections to the camera has exceeded the maximum limit.
2. The camera’s available bandwidth has been exceeded.
In this case, the issue is considered to be caused by reason 2. Therefore, we recommend trying the following:
- Reduce the bit rate (bps) of each video stream.
- If the camera’s default setting for [Network] – [Advanced] - [HTTPS] – [Connection] is set to “HTTP & HTTPS”, the camera connects using HTTP.
