Problem Description
When attempting to playback video from the WJNX400’s web interface, you receive the following error:
“Playback is unavailable because the additional camera kit is registered”
If the NX400’s camera extension kit is registered (WJ-NXE40W), playback will not be possible on the following web browsers: Edge, Chrome, and Firefox
This is not a bug, but a limitation of the NX400 when this extension is installed.

Solution Description:
Some alternatives for playing back video from an NX400 recorder with the camera extension kit:
・Access the NVR using Internet Explorer
・Access the NVR using Edge in IE Mode
・Access the NVR with the WVASM300 client software
