What can I do if the Badge Printer will not open past the SQL Server configuration?

As with most Video Insight programs, when you are initially opening the program, you need to run it as Administrator.
1. Right-click the Badge Printer software
2. Click “Run as Administrator”
The SQL Database connection information needs to be written into the Windows registry, which is under HKEY LOCAL MACHINE and requires Windows Admin rights.
