I cannot play back recorded data from NV300/NV250 on the i-PRO Mobile APP. What should I do?

If the camera resolution is higher than QXVGA (2048x1536)*, please open “Advanced setting” tab on the Network Disk Recorder Setting Screen (Web setting or Direct Setting)
(“Setup” → "Monitor" → "Advanced setting” tab →"Other settings" )
Please check “Enables re-recording transmission of data higher resolution than QXVGA(2048x1536)” and save.
*5M (2192x2192, 2560x1920), etc.
