How can I increase the MonitorCast session timeout duration?

If the MonitorCast dashboard logs out too quickly, you can extend the session timeout duration using the AC Service Manager. The maximum timeout allowed is 120 minutes.

Steps to Increase Session Timeout:

  1. Right-click the icon to open the AC Service Manager menu.
  2. Open AC Service Manager.
  3. Navigate to System Tools.
  4. Log in using the MonitorCast dashboard credentials (Default: Username: admin Password: 1234)
  5. Go to Pin and Duress Mode Options.
  6. Locate the ‘Session Timeout’ setting and select the desired value (up to 120 minutes).


This will extend the session before automatic logout.
