I forgot my Viewnetcam password. How can I receive a tentative password when the email address registered to Viewnetcam is invalid.

・Domain name (xxx.vienetcam.com)
・MAC Address of registered cameras
If you forgot either of the above, registered e-mail address is needed.
Email the support desk with the above information.
