Why is it that the camera cannot be detected on the IP setting software?

“Windows Firewall” on PC could be enable.
If “Windows Firewall” on PC is enable, disable “Windows Firewall” on PC temporarily and detect the cameras once again.
[Procedure]
1. Click “Start” - “Control Panel” - “System and Security”.
2. Click “Windows Firewall” and select “Turn Windows Firewall on or off”.
3. In the “Customize settings for each type of network” page, select “Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended)” radio button.
After you use the IP Setting Software, enable “Windows Firewall” on PC (put back into former state).
