H.264/H.265 images cannot be displayed while JPEG images can be displayed.

The cause could be “Windows Firewall”.
Try to be disable Windows Firewall.
Tip:
If you try capture the received data with packet capturing software ( such as Wireshark ), and this software shows that the image is not displayed even though the packets are arriving at the PC, it is likely that antivirus software or Windows Firewall causing the problem.
In case that you use Internet Explore and it cannot be displayed even by changing like above, check the following items.
1. Confirm if plug-in software has been installed.
In order to confirm it, check if this software is existed on the Programs and Features in Control Panel.
2. Add the camera to “Trusted sites” on Internet Explorer 11.
1) Click “Tools” and select “Internet options”.
2) In “Security” tab, click “Trusted sites” and click “Sites” button.
3) Enter “http://(IP address of target product)” (ex.”192.168.0.250”) into the input-field.
Make sure to uncheck the check-box of “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone” and click “Add” button.
4) Make sure that “http://(IP address of target product)” (ex.”192.168.0.250”) has been added and click “Close” button.
