Bill Brennan, President of i-PRO Americas Inc., has been honored with the prestigious Patriot Award by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). The award was presented during the FY2023 Awards Ceremony in April 2024, recognizing Bill’s exceptional support for employees serving in the National Guard and Reserve.
The nomination for the Patriot Award came from Will Knehr, Manager of Information Security and Data Privacy at i-PRO Americas Inc., who currently serves in the National Guard. Will highlighted Bill's outstanding support during his military service, which included flexible scheduling, time off before and after deployment, family support, and leaves of absence. When Will was called to serve for several months, Bill ensured that he felt fully supported by i-PRO Americas Inc., alleviating any concerns about his job security. Bill's comprehensive support and commitment to his employees led to this well-deserved recognition.
In addition to Bill's accolade, i-PRO Americas Inc. was awarded the Above and Beyond Award by the ESGR State Committee. This award acknowledges employers who exceed the legal requirements of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) by providing additional, non-mandated benefits to service members. These benefits often include assistance with healthcare, compensation for lost wages, and other supportive measures.
