Structure and System

Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) is positioned as a key pillar of i-PRO’s sustainability management framework.

  • The D&I Executive Committee, chaired by the CEO, oversees corporate-level D&I strategy, policies, and progress.
  • The Committee reports to the Board of Directors and reviews targets and performance.
  • A Global D&I Working Group facilitates cross-regional alignment and shares best practices.
  • Regional D&I Leadership Teams develop locally relevant initiatives and monitor implementation based on regional needs.

Through this global-to-local governance structure, i-PRO ensures consistency in direction while respecting cultural and social contexts across regions.

Our current strategic focus areas include:
