This certification is a globally recognized benchmark that evaluates workplace culture based on employee feedback. It reflects strong global recognition of the foundation of sustainability that we prioritize, which includes respect for human rights, fairness, diversity, and well-being.

In a survey, 90% of our employees indicated that they felt welcomed when they joined the company. Selected as a DX Certified Business Operator by METI

On June 1, 2025, i-PRO became a DX Certified Business Operator under the DX Certification program established by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
This certification program, based on the Act on Facilitation of Information Processing, recognizes companies that have established a vision, strategy, and organizational framework necessary for the transformation of their businesses using digital technologies.

i-PRO promotes digital transformation as our most important strategy for creating corporate value and optimizing management. To advance our Open Policy and Time-Based Competition growth strategies, we are pushing forward with a group-wide operational transformation while cultivating an environment that empowers every employee to work in a data-driven manner.

Since becoming independent in 2019, we have built mission-critical systems from the ground up, achieving group-wide global integration.
Based on data utilization and digital technologies, we have worked to transform all of our business domains, including product development, production management, our supply chain, corporate management, and sales.
We have also established a collaborative structure in which the leaders of the operating divisions and chief officers work alongside the Business Process Technology Team, led by the CIO, to co-create initiatives to ensure the integrated advancement of digital technologies and our business strategies.

To enhance product quality, protect the environment, strengthen information security, and promote the responsible use of AI technologies, i-PRO has established and maintains various management systems based on international standards and obtained third-party certifications. These initiatives serve as a critical foundation for delivering safe, transparent, and reliable products and services to customers worldwide.

ISO 9001 (Quality management systems)
i-PRO operates an internationally recognized quality management system and pursues continuous improvement to uphold high quality standards in our imaging technology and product development activities.
ISO 14001 (Environmental management systems)
We promote company-wide environmental conservation initiatives, including initiatives to reduce environmental impact, improve resource efficiency, and reduce waste.
Based on our Global Environmental Policy, we implement integrated environmental activities spanning our product development, manufacturing, logistics, and service activities.
ISO 45001 (Occupational health and safety management systems)
We advance initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
ISO/IEC 27001 (Information security management systems)

i-PRO has established and operates an information security management system to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information assets.

We systematically assess and manage information security risks, and continuously enhance organizational, technical, and human measures to maintain and strengthen information security across our entire business operations.

ISO/IEC 42001 (AI management systems)
i-PRO became the first company in the global security surveillance industry to obtain ISO/IEC 42001 certification.
As an AI-driven company, we promote the responsible development and operation of AI under an AI management system aligned with international standards to ensure a high ethical standard, transparency, safety, and accountability.
