i-PRO has been certified as a 2025 Great Place to Work® in all group entities (Japan, the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and China).
This certification is a globally recognized benchmark that evaluates workplace culture based on employee feedback. It reflects strong global recognition of the foundation of sustainability that we prioritize, which includes respect for human rights, fairness, diversity, and well-being.

In a survey, 90% of our employees indicated that they felt welcomed when they joined the company. Other identified strengths included a strong sense of fairness and inclusion regardless of region, race, gender, or sexual orientation. In addition, flexible work styles, a safe and inclusive workplace environment, and well-being-focused support systems have become our core values of Flexible, Bold, and Trusted.

This certification is an important milestone in the ongoing advancement of our sustainability initiatives.

On June 1, 2025, i-PRO became a DX Certified Business Operator under the DX Certification program established by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
This certification program, based on the Act on Facilitation of Information Processing, recognizes companies that have established a vision, strategy, and organizational framework necessary for the transformation of their businesses using digital technologies.

i-PRO promotes digital transformation as our most important strategy for creating corporate value and optimizing management. To advance our Open Policy and Time-Based Competition growth strategies, we are pushing forward with a group-wide operational transformation while cultivating an environment that empowers every employee to work in a data-driven manner.

Since becoming independent in 2019, we have built mission-critical systems from the ground up, achieving group-wide global integration.
Based on data utilization and digital technologies, we have worked to transform all of our business domains, including product development, production management, our supply chain, corporate management, and sales.
We have also established a collaborative structure in which the leaders of the operating divisions and chief officers work alongside the Business Process Technology Team, led by the CIO, to co-create initiatives to ensure the integrated advancement of digital technologies and our business strategies.

Digital technologies continue to evolve every day, and advances in AI technologies are accelerating the pace at which society is changing.
By continuing to use digital technologies to enable the transformation of business alongside the development of products and services suited to this era of rapid change, we provide enhanced experiences to our customers and partner companies.

To enhance product quality, protect the environment, strengthen information security, and promote the responsible use of AI technologies, i-PRO has established and maintains various management systems based on international standards and obtained third-party certifications. These initiatives serve as a critical foundation for delivering safe, transparent, and reliable products and services to customers worldwide.

• Note: As part of our continuous improvement efforts, we plan to obtain ISO 45001 certification of our production sites in Japan in or after the next fiscal year.

Third-party certifications are an essential part of our foundation for consistently and transparently providing trusted, high-quality, safe products to customers around the world. i-PRO will continue to use management systems based on international standards throughout our organization to continuously improve in many different areas, including the areas of quality, the environment, safety, security, and AI ethics.
