Human Rights

Basic Approach

Respecting Human Rights as the Foundation of Sustainable Innovation

i-PRO recognizes respect for human rights as a fundamental responsibility of a global enterprise and a foundation for sustainable growth and innovation.

As a provider of technologies that contribute to safety and security worldwide, we understand that trust from society, customers, and business partners is built on ethical conduct and respect for human dignity.

By integrating human rights considerations across our operations and value chain, we seek to create a stable and inclusive environment in which diverse people can collaborate and generate long-term value.

Structure and System

Human rights initiatives are governed under i-PRO’s sustainability framework.

  • The Sustainability Committee, chaired by the CEO, oversees policies and progress related to human rights, labor practices, and ethical conduct.
  • The Committee reports to the Board of Directors and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • In coordination with the Risk and Compliance Committee, human rights risks are monitored across employment practices, workplace conditions, and supply chain operations.
  • Human Resources, Procurement, and Compliance integrate human rights considerations into policies and daily operations across global sites.

i-PRO’s Global Human Rights & Labour Policy is publicly disclosed and applies to employees, officers, and business partners.
