Structure and System

Human capital development is governed under i-PRO’s sustainability framework.

  • The Sustainability Committee, chaired by the CEO, oversees policies and initiatives related to talent development and organizational capability.
  • The Committee reviews progress and provides recommendations to the Board of Directors.
  • A subcommittee coordinates initiatives related to talent development, D&I, compliance, and workplace environment.
  • In coordination with the Risk and Compliance Committee, i-PRO monitors the operation of training systems, evaluation frameworks, and leadership development processes.

At the regional level, HR teams implement development programs aligned with global standards while addressing local business needs.

This governance structure ensures accountability, consistency, and alignment between talent strategy and business growth.

Performance & Career Development

Career development is supported through structured quarterly and annual performance reviews, where managers and employees discuss:

  • Development plans

i-PRO also conducts talent reviews to identify “future-ready” employees demonstrating leadership potential, cross-functional capability, and alignment with global growth objectives.

These reviews inform succession planning and targeted leadership development programs, strengthening the global leadership pipeline.

i-PRO University (Global Learning Platform)

i-PRO is building a unified global learning platform, i-PRO University, to provide structured and equitable development opportunities across regions.

Currently, leadership development programs are offered through in-person workshops and e-learning. The long-term objective is to integrate these initiatives into a consistent global framework that ensures equal access to high-quality learning.

This platform supports continuous skill enhancement and cross-regional capability development.

Global Exposure & Leadership Pipeline

Recognizing the importance of cross-cultural collaboration, i-PRO promotes opportunities for employees to gain global exposure through international projects, selective job shadowing, and short-term assignments in certain regions and functions.

These initiatives are being progressively expanded as part of our broader effort to strengthen global leadership capability and cultural agility.
