Health and occupational safety management are positioned as key management priorities under i-PRO’s sustainability framework.

  • The Sustainability Committee, chaired by the CEO, oversees health and safety policies and monitors progress.
  • Each site operates occupational health and safety committees in accordance with local regulations.
  • Relevant divisions, including Human Resources and site management, coordinate health initiatives, risk prevention measures, and continuous improvement activities.

Regular reviews are conducted to assess workplace safety conditions, health indicators, and improvement actions.

This governance structure ensures consistent standards across global operations while respecting regional requirements.

Each site implements structured safety activities, including:

  • Hazard prediction training (KY activities) at applicable sites
  • Workplace patrols and risk assessments
  • Incident reporting and prevention reviews
