As the executive responsible for sustainability at i-PRO, I will advance two key initiatives.

First, I will embed sustainability perspectives into our internal regulations, standards, and decision-making processes, ensuring that they are consistently and effectively reflected in both management and operational decisions.

Second, through ongoing dialogue with every employee, I will deepen understanding of sustainability rooted in respect for others, including our customers, communities, and future generations and embed this mindset in our organizational culture.

For i-PRO, sustainability is neither a secondary concern nor a cost; it is the very essence of our business. This is because our core technologies—imaging and analytics—require a high level of consideration for personal data, privacy, and human rights, making it impossible to separate our business from respect for human rights. Furthermore, as we play a role in supporting the social infrastructure that underpins safety and security, the very sustainability of i-PRO itself is inherently subject to expectations from society.

Accordingly, these two initiatives do not represent a new policy direction. Rather, they are intended to more deeply embed the principles we have long valued into our management systems, while aligning them with today’s societal expectations and firmly establishing them as part of our organizational culture.

I aspire to make i-PRO a company where every employee naturally considers sustainability in their daily work—as instinctively as breathing. Through these two initiatives, I will work to realize that vision.
