When I try to initialize the password on the Remote Monitoring WEB site, I cannot receive the e-mail to reset the password.

To ensure you can receive the password reset email, please add the following email address to your allowlist.

In the case of an internal network, please consult with your IT department in the company in order to allow the above e-mail addresses. Also, this information is available in the Operating Instruction of Remote monitoring at the i-PRO global WEB site.
