When I tap the record button on the i-PRO Mobile APP, nothing happens. What should I do?

The recording function is available only when the manual recording function of the connected camera is enabled.

Check that the manual recording function of the camera is enabled.
• Check that your camera supports SD memory card recording.
• Check that the SD memory card is inserted.
• Check that the “SD memory card” of camera is "Use".
• Check that the “Save trigger” of the camera is "Manual".
• Please set the camera's "Recording format" to "Stream." If it is set to "JPEG," manual recording is not supported in this app.
• Please set the camera's “Access level” to "Administrator." If it is set to anything other than "Administrator," manual recording is not supported in this app.
