Why does the video appear in black and white and update slowly when using the i-PRO Mobile App on my Android device?

On some Android devices, the i-PRO Mobile APP may display images in black and white and update slowly.

This is due to the device settings and performance. 
Please try the following measures.
Update the software of the Android device (OS version upgrade, function version upgrade, etc.) Change the camera compression type from H.265 to H.2

Please try the following measures.

Update the software of the Android device (OS version upgrade, function version upgrade, etc.) 

Change the camera compression type from H.265 to H.264* for both the camera and edge storage* 

The compression ratio will be reduced, resulting in a shorter recording period. Please note that this will shorten the recording period.
