What can I do if my cameras are out of order in the Device Tree for VI Monitor Plus?

The cameras can be reorganized within VI Monitor Plus, from the Server Setup menu.

  1. Open VI Monitor Plus as an Admin user
  2. Open the menu [Administration] → [Servers] → [Server Setup]
  3. Select the VI Server
  4. Click the Cameras tab
  5. Click the camera you wish to move in the Assigned Cameras panel
  6. Use the up and down arrows to the right of the Assigned Camera panel to move the cameras to the desired position
  7. Click Save
  8. Close VI Monitor Plus
  9. Restart IP Server Manager
  10. Open VI Monitor Plus
  11. New order will be reflected in the Device tree
