With multi-sensor camera with AI engine, the usable frame rate become half of the setting.

If any of the following conditions apply, the available framerate will be limited to half of the maximum frame rate.
1. AI application is running in 5MP, 6MP and 4K model
2. Intelligent Auto is set to On
3. Smart Coding is set to On
Below is the maximum frame rate for each model.

For the following apps, the frame rate will be limited after the first activation.
- AI-VMD : When mode is selected.
- When "Face" or "Human" is selected in [Privacy Guard Target], and one of the streams in [Target Stream] is chosen.
- AI People Detection : When connected to i-PRO Configuration Tool (iCT) or i-PRO Active Guard.
You can restore the maximum frame rate by uninstalling the extension software (Apps).
