Support renaming file names when downloading from the recorder

The file name for recording data downloaded from the recorder has been changed to the following:
[Local Year (YYYY)]_[Local Month and Day (MMDD)]_[Local Hour and Minute (hhmm)]_1.mp4

This change prevents files from being overwritten when downloading consecutive files.

Improve alarm notification receiving processing

Improve alarm notification receiving processing prevent slow screen response when a large number of alarms are received.

Support audio output to camera

For cameras with audio transmission capability, it is now possible to output audio from the camera's live video display screen to the camera for up to 60 minutes continuously.

Support permission setting for preset registration

Authority to register PTZ camera presets by shared users can now be set in “Settings (Camera settings)” in the permission settings. Please see here for the details.

If you are not authorized, the "Edit" button will be hidden.

It is now possible to set permission settings for email distribution and notification to shared users. Please see here for the details.

Support SD download by date and time

When “Date and Time” is selected for “How to download SD” while camera is connected directly, it is now possible to download by event searched by date and time.
