6.Confirmation or change of contract details

You can change the contract holder information (user name).
Visit the login site (https://rms.i-pro.com) in your browser.

From the side menu, click [Settings].

Click [Users].
3.
Click the line for the contract holder.
→ The confirmation screen of subscriber information is displayed. You can check the information of the currently registered subscriber.

Enter the change items and click the [Apply] button.
If you do not want to change the customer information, click the [Cancel] button.

Only [Name] can be changed.


5.
The message "The changes for the user are completed." is displayed. Click the [OK] button to check the new information.
This completes the procedure for changing the customer information.

The device is a compatible model.
For details on the types of cameras and recorder supported by Remote Monitoring, see "Compatible Camera Info."

The device and the PC are connected to the router and can connect to the Internet.

・You cannot register services on a tablet or smartphone.


・Service-registration is available from the HDMI monitor connected to the recorder.

The setting screen of the device can be seen from the PC.

・Perform the initial settings so that the device's screen (camera image, etc.) can be viewed on the browser according to the device's instruction manual.


→ When connecting the camera via recorder, you can use the Easy Start function of the recorder. For details, refer to the "Instruction Manual Installation" of the recorder.

・To access the configuration screen, you need an administrator user name and password for the instrument. Please check and prepare in advance.


・When replacing the device, you can transfer the recorded data and setting data of the recorder as required. For details, contact the service center.

You are registered to Remote Monitoring.
For details on creating a user for Remote Monitoring, refer to "Register a new user".
Registering the camera via a recorder
You can register the device in Remote Monitoring. Service by specifying the e-mail address and password registered in the STEP1 after setting the camera in the recorder.

Click the [Registration] button in "Remote Monitoring" menu.
To add a camera to the recorder after registering it to Remote Monitoring, register the camera to the recorder. By doing this, the camera is automatically registered in Remote Monitoring.
Visit the login site (https://rms.i-pro.com) in your browser. The login screen is displayed.
You can log in to the User Portal to view camera images.


This completes the registration and replacement of the device.
This procedure deletes all registered subscriber information and cancels the subscription from the service.

Visit the login site (https://rms.i-pro.com) in your browser.

Select [Help] from the side menu.
→ A link to the withdrawal procedure is displayed. Select "Deactivate the user account".
3.
The deactivate procedure screen is displayed.
Enter the password of the contract holder, fill in the questionnaire (optional), and click the [Deactivate the user account] button.

・All camera and recorder registration information will be deleted.


・All registered shared user information is deleted.


Now, the procedure to cancel the subscription has been completed.
