Depends on recorder and camera settings
Maximum resolution up to 2992×2992 resolution.

* For images larger than Full HD(1920×1080), skipping is performed.


* If the image resolution is larger than Full HD(1920×1080), it may not be displayed or may be displayed at lower resolutions depending on the networking environment. Check whether the network environment connecting the camera, recorder and the PC/mobile app are suitable by using "Network check" function.


Frame rate
In the camera list screen, frame rate is automatically changed according to the number of cameras.
Max. frame rates up to 30fps.
Event notification
Dependent on the camera and recorder model. For details, see the user document of camera and recorder.

1. Detecting events from the camera


Operation detection (VMD), sound detection, disturbance detection, contact (external input terminal) alarm, command alarm, SD memory card (remaining capacity notification, full capacity, etc.), auto-tracking alarm, human sensor alarm, etc.

2. Sensor information from the recorder


Remaining space warning (HDD), falsification detection, max. number of records reached, HDD fetch warning, RAID recovery (start/complete), power failure (detection/recovery), video loss (occurrence, recovery), camerafailure (occurrence, recovery), etc.

Notification/Search/Confirm
Notification to the registered e-mail address or confirmation on the portal screen is possible.

* Event history is saved for one month.


* The thumbnail images at the time of the event are saved for 2 weeks (the duration of the recorded video depends on the recorder settings).


* Up to the latest 1000 events are displayed.


* The number of events displayed in the alarm notification is the last 10 events.


* One of the JPEG resolutions must be set to a resolution of 640 x 640 in order to obtain a thumbnail when an alarm occurs when use 360 degree camera.

Internet line with a global IP addressing

* In environments such as corporate networks and multi-stage router configurations, access may be restricted or video drawing may be delayed.


* IPv6 is not supported.


Bandwidth
The bandwidth required varies depending on the usage method. If you are using a portal site, we recommend using an always-on optical line with a bandwidth of at least 1.0Mbps per camera (for Full HD resolution).
Network requirements
The connection requirements for Remote Monitoring are as follows.

* Must be able to connect to the Internet.


* HTTPS 443 port must be open.


* UDP 1024-65535 port must be open.


* Assign a fixed IP address for camera equipment.



In addition, individual support may be required for proxy connections, etc.
Due to the specifications, depending on the network environment, the connection to Remote Monitoring service may be disconnected if the connection exceeds 5 minutes.

3. Memory


For smooth video rendering, it is recommended that there is at least 8GB free memory.

* This is the recommended memory for smooth video rendering in PC.


* If the image rendering on your smartphone or tablet does not look smooth, check the trouble shooting.

Intel® Core i5-7500 or more, Intel® Core i7-7700 or more
Core i7 Recommendations:
When using a Fisheye camera other than 5M.
And for resolutions higher than 5M, video or audio delay may occur(3-5 secs).
If the video or audio delay is large, turn off the dewarp and display it.
Browsing in the Mobile
You can check the video using the i-PRO Mobile APP.

* Please prepare the environment to connect to the Internet (a separate provider contract, modem router, and other devices are required). It is recommended to use always-connected optical lines. There is no limitation to the provider.


* If the video is not rendered smoothly, check 7. Trouble shooting.

When the recorder is registered in Remote Monitoring, the following restrictions will be applied.
Only “1-screen live sequence” and “Switch by alarm terminal input” are available for operation mode of the sub monitor.
The signal format of HDMI output will be fixed to 1080p.
No thumbnail will be displayed on the timeline of the main monitor.
