Why aren't all HDD hour meters not set to the initial value (0) after initializing the HDDs in the extension unit of the i-PRO NVR (WJ-ND, NX, NV series)?

After initializing the HDD of the extension unit, when the NVR and the extension unit communicate for the first time, if there is a delay in the response of the HDD to the NVR, the hour meter value of that HDD will not be the initial value (0).
Even if you turn on/off the power of the NVR main unit or extension unit, the Hour meter value will not be updated. When this phenomenon occurs, check whether all the HDDs in the extension unit are new. If it is brand new, there is no problem in operation even if it is used in this state. If the old HDD is included, we recommend replacing the HDD with a new one. If you continue to use it in this state, recording may not be possible due to another HDD failure, or the HDD may be disconnected by turning the power on/off.
