I failed to register the recorder to Remote Monitoring using a specific account.

Remote Monitoring does not allow multiple accounts to be linked to a single recorder.

Please check if you have not registered the corresponding recorder in the Remote Monitoring with an existing account.
If you want to register the recorder in the Remote Monitoring using a different account, you will need to unregister the recorder with the current account from the Remote Monitoring browser after unregistering it with the recorder.
After canceling both registrations, please register the recorder again using a different account.
If you are not sure if the recorder is already registered, please contact your area support.
