Please check whether the schedule setting of the extended software is turned on.
The X-series camera with powerful cutting edge AI come with several extension software pre-installed and the schedule setting is turned off by default.
When using extension software (AI Face Detection, AI Vehicle Detection, AI Occupant Detection, AI Scene Change Detection, AI On-Site Learning), please set the schedule.
The following is an example of setting from 0:00 to 24:00 every day.
