When you set the value in superscript '' such as "10fps" at "Refresh interval (JPEG)*" in the [Image] tab on the “Image/Audio” page, the refresh speed of JPEG might be decreased.
A distribution available data capacity is reduced depending on factors such as the network environment, the resolution, the image quality, or the number of computers concurrently accessing the camera.
In that case, it is supported for JPEG not by degrading the image quality but by reducing the number of transmitted images.
