Problem Description
The customer’s IT group manages their network and the communication across the system. Network ports are blocked unless permission has been granted.
What port does the WV-CU950 network controller use to communicate with the ASM client software?
The CU950 will communicate to the ASM software on TCP port 7001
When ASM services may need to be added to Windows Firewall as an exception.
If there are any other firewalls or Access Control Lists of concern, then this port communication will require permission to traverse the network.
