When creating software using PS-API, I get camera image only in JPEG format and receive error message "[SetParameter] library error (VIDEO_ERROR_GEN_MPEG_DECODER_FILTER)".

The viewer software “Network Camera View 4S” (ActiveX) is not installed on the PC. Access the camera browser and install it on the PC.

When you see the message “Your browser is not supported” on the camera browser, access the following URL with Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge IE mode in order to install the viewer software.
