When I connect the recorder with a WEB browser, a pop-up menu of ActiveX plug-in is not appeared and blue screen is displayed.

Disable the pop-up blocking feature and try to connect to the recorder again.
When the pop-up blocking feature is enable, a pop-up menu of ActiveX plug-in is not displayed and ActiveX plug-in software is not installed.
In the web browser, disable the pop-up blocking feature and try to connect to the recorder again.
Ex. Internet Explore 11
Tools - Internet Option - “Privacy” tab - “Pop-up Blocker”
Untick the box in “Block pop-ups”
Then a pop-up menu of ActiveX plug-in is displayed and you can install it.
