Why are presets from the i-PRO PTZ camera not showing in VI?

When using VI Monitor Plus, you select an i-PRO PTZ camera and try to select one of its preprogrammed presets, but some, or all, of the presets are not there.
If you access the PTZ camera’s web interface, the PTZ presets are available and selectable.
Why do the presets not show on VI Monitor?
If the PTZ camera preset(s) were not configured with a Preset Name, then VI will not recognize it. Ensure that you include Preset Names when configuring the presets on the i-PRO PTZ cameras.
