Is it possible to perform digital PAN/TILT control during extra optical zoom in the camera ?

On the fixed cameras that has no electronic zoom, digital PAN/TILT control can work during extra optical zoom. For other camera models, it cannot work.

Indoor Dome Network Cameras,
Compact Dome Network Cameras,
WV-S2511LN (Outdoor Dome Camera) ,
WV-S1511LN (Fixed BOX cameras),
WV-SBV131M/111M (Rugged Mobile Camera),
*U-series camera and Multi-sensor camera are excluded.
