The Active Guard dashboard shows auto-diagnosis errors. How can I get rid of this error?

Problem Description

On the Active Guard dashboard, I see an auto-diagnosis error (red X, yellow ▲, red letters) even though the camera is connected. Even after restarting the camera, it is still displayed.

After reconnecting the camera, it will take some time for automatic diagnosis to be performed and to determine that the camera is normal. Please wait for a while.

An automatic diagnosis error is displayed when there is an error in the automatic diagnosis between the server and camera, and automatic diagnosis is performed one camera at a time every 5 minutes.
(For example, if 4 cameras are connected, the status of each camera will be updated every 20 minutes.)

Note that restarting the camera does not clear the auto-diagnosis error.
