When exporting video on VI Monitor Plus, how can I display the Start and End times in the 24 hour format?

When playing back video on VI Monitor Plus, the timeline bar shows in the 24 hour time display format.
But once I attempt to export video, the Export Video Clip menu shows in the 12 hour display format.
How do I see these times in the 24 hour format?
On the VI Monitor Plus workstation, set Windows' [Regional Format] → Long Time to the 24 hour display format. Restart VI Monitor Plus.
Windows 10
[Settings] → [Time & Language] → [Region] → [Regional Format Data] → click Change Data Formats
Windows 11
[Settings] → [Time & Language] → [Language & Region] → [Regional Format] → click Change Formats
For the parameter Long Time, set to either of the 24 hour display formats
