Why does VI Video Wall Plus not show any images?

If Windows scaling feature is zoomed in or enlarged, this may cause Video Wall Plus to not display any images.

- Right click on Windows desktop
- Select Display Settings
- Under Scale and Layout make sure Scale is set to 100% on all monitors
- Restart PC
