*1 Monitoring mode

Added Boundary monitoring mode, allowing it to be selected.
・Wide-area monitoring: Monitors detection targets across the entire radar detection area.
・Boundary monitoring: Prioritizes monitoring of detection targets in the horizontal direction of the radar(New mode).

In [Boundary monitoring], it operates with high sensitivity to prevent overlooking intrusions.For this reason, detection may occur more frequently in some environments.It can be optimized by adjusting the detection sensitivity and mask area, so please check the settings according to the installation environment.
 


*2 PTZ camera-control method 

Added configuring the PTZ Camera Control Method during Tracking.
・Auto track priority: Controls the PTZ camera using the camera’s built-in auto-tracking function.
・Radar control only: Controls the PTZ camera solely based on radar instructions, without using the camera’s auto-tracking function.

"Radar control only" should be used in scenarios where the camera’s auto‑tracking tends to become unstable, such as when there is low contrast between the subject and the background, large variations in illumination, strong reflections caused by backlight, or when the subject is moving too fast.
 

 

Resolved Issues 

  • Corrected an issue where the camera could occasionally restart. 🅲
    Occurrence conditions: When the Image capture mode is frequently changed.
  • Corrected a rare issue where a “<Self-diagnosis> RADAR Error” system log could be displayed during normal radar startup. 🅲
  • Corrected an issue where the “PTZ Manual Tracking” setting on the live view page was slow to switch from “On” to “Off”. 🅲
    Occurrence conditions: When “PTZ Manual Tracking” is set to “On” and no PTZ operation is performed, it automatically switches to “Off”
  • Corrected an issue where alarm icons did not behave as expected when an alarm occurred. 🅲
  • Corrected the behavior where events could appear blank. 🅲
    Occurrence conditions: When checking SD-recorded data from installation angle abnormality detection on the WV-ASM300.
    -Supported with WV-ASM300 firmware version V7.70.
