How can I enroll multiple IP server of Video Insight to a shared Active Guard server?

Problem Description

Trying to enroll multiple IP server on a shared Active Guard server, but I cannot add them. Getting a Time-Out error. This can happen if firewalls are preventing remote connections to establish. This can also happen if customer is using SSL in their Insight API and not selecting the SSL being ON during IP Server Enrollment.

If every server’s Insight API is utilizing SSL, then have SSL to be ON when adding IP server in the active guard server enrollment.
