Why can't the Administrators change Camera Properties on a Failover Server?

Problem Description:
The primary server has failed and the Failover server has taken over. You can sign into the server and have live and recorded access, but you’re not able to change Camera Properties.
This is by design because Camera Properties are the only details being transferred to the Failover server. Permissions are not transferred over. So, Administrators will only have a system for viewing cameras, without making changes. You must get your primary server back up and running for full functionality.
Note:
A Failover server is not meant to run as a redundant server, but rather to have your cameras moved over to another server temporarily while continuing to record your cameras. The focus should be to get the primary server back up and running.
