Clicking the "Start/End" buttons to download video does nothing.

Problem Description
I'm trying to download a video clip from the i-PRO network recorders web interface, but I can't specify the Start and End times because clicking the "Start/End" buttons does nothing.
Before you can designate a time and date, you must be on a single camera view, and playing back video, then the Start/End buttons will be functional.
Once you’re in a single camera playback, if you click on Start or End it will populate the date and time with the information that is currently being played back.
This information can be manually edited.
