What can I do if I've forgotten my password to VI Monitor Plus?

On the IP Server, if you run VI in Diagnostics mode, you will have the ability to disable Security and then reset the Admin/user passwords.
1. Right click on IP Server Manager icon in task bar and select Server Configuration
2. In new window, select Diagnostics
3. Select Server Settings
4. Select Advanced
5. Uncheck Enable Security
6. Click Save Now and close the window
7. Exit out of Diagnostics mode
8. Restart IP server
9. Open VI Monitor Plus
10. Regardless of the user credentials, click Login to access VI Monitor Plus as an Admin
11. Update the passwords on your User profiles
