Why can't I pull LPR information in VI Monitor Plus with the Vaxtor LPR plugin?

This can happen if the LPR Plugin in VI is not detecting the configuration/plugin settings from the camera.

　1. Uninstall all the camera extensions software from the camera.
　2. Upgrade camera’s firmware to latest.
　3. Install Vaxtor Plugin extension software again and activate.
　4. Install any other extension software that you need.
　5. Adjust the pixel heights within the Vaxtor Ext Soft Settings.
　6. Restart the camera.
　7. Restart the IP Server.
　8. Log into VI Monitor Plus and check LPR setup settings.
　9. Access the VI Monitor Plus LPR monitoring and reporting to check for LPR information.
