Is it possible to set alarm notification based on video loss from the encoder?

Yes, mail notification can be configured on the Setup menu:
Click “Alarm” tab then set “Video loss” to ON, and click “Notification” tab then set “Mail notification” to ON.
You will be notified when video loss occurs and when video loss is recovered.
