How do I remove a VI server from VI Monitor Plus?

Problem Description:
The VI Monitor Plus client is connected to multiple VI servers. I only want to connect to specific servers. How do I remove the other VI servers?
VI Servers can be removed either from the login screen or from the Connections menu of VI Monitor Plus.
Case 1. VI Monitor Plus - Login Screen
・Open VI Monitor Plus
・On the login screen, highlight the server you want to remove
・Click the delete icon
Case ２. VI Monitor Plus - Connections menu
・Log into VI Monitor Plus with an Admin user
・Click the System tab
・Click Options
・Click the Connections tab
・Select the Server
・Click Remove
・Restart VI Monitor Plus
