How can I access HTTPS from my browser using a pre-installed certificate?

The camera can be accessed via HTTPS from a browser by installing the root certificate pre-installed on the camera to PC. See video below.
(1) Install the certificate pre-installed on the camera on your PC.

(2) Access the camera using the HTTPS protocol.
