I cannot download SD recording data using the i-PRO Mobile APP.

Check the conditions to see if the camera can download SD recordings. Make sure the video is not MJPEG. Check the recording resolution.
If the resolution or aspect ratio during recording is as follows, downloading is not possible.
Aspect ratio 4:3, resolution 3072x2304 or higher
Aspect ratio 1:1, resolution 2192x2192 or higher
Aspect ratio 16:9, resolution 3072x1728 or higher
Note:
If the downloaded data is large, it may take some time for it to be saved to the smartphone.
If the audio is G.726, no audio will be output when playing the downloaded file.
